These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and ToneTap LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We provide social media consulting, AI content generation, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in your individual service agreement.
You retain 100% ownership of all content, social media accounts, and digital assets created by ToneTap LLC on your behalf, upon full payment of associated fees.
Fees for our services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
